Company Introduction

Qingdao Jiutian-Spartan International Flight Training Academy Ltd. Co. (hereafter JTFA) is a CAAC approved pilot training organization. China¡¯s impressive economic growth over the last few years has given rise to a boom in the aviation industry. China¡¯s major airlines need large numbers of pilots for their ever-expanding fleets and air routes. JTFA was founded to fill this growing need for ab-initio private flight training within China.

JTFA has a staff of qualified and committed aviation industry workers in the areas of dispatch, operations, human resources, maintenance, aviation English instruction, flight training and logistics. JTFA employs both Chinese and foreign workers to ensure a skilled and experienced workforce. The academy strives to maintain an efficient, professional and welcoming work environment.

JTFA¡¯s headquarters are located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, in the Northwest region of Shandong Province. The main operating base is located in Linyi, in the Southeastern region of Shandong Province.

Through the core values of safety, precision, strict standards and high quality, JTFA¡¯s mission is to develop excellent and professional pilots for airlines. JTFA has assembled a qualified management team, faculty, and teaching facilities with international standards and airline requirements in mind.

Curriculum

JTFA¡¯s CAAC-approved flight training courses combine international flight training modes and concepts with the requirements and conditions of flight in China. JTFA currently offers Private Pilot License Course (PPL) and Instrument Rating Course (IR). JTFA¡¯s operations are based on CCAR 141, CCAR 91 and CCAR 61 and other relevant regulations.

Student pilots at JTFA have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in an English-speaking environment. JTFA has adopted English as its official language of instruction and employs flight instructors from many different foreign countries. Aviation textbooks, published by international aviation companies, and other teaching materials will be provided in English. Through the use of English in the classroom and cockpit, students will become proficient in standard ICAO radiotelephony and aviation English.
